2025 Spring Honey

Our first batch of honey. Very light and delicate, likely foraged from linden blossoms. We only have a few 8 oz jars left.

2025 Fall Honey in 16 oz glass jar

This is our darkest honey, a mix of goldenrod and knotweed which yields a deep and rich flavor.

2025 Larry's Special Reserve 16 oz Glass Jar

One colony (Larry) produced this honey which is different from the honey produced in the rest of the apiary. Likely they found a rich patch of goldenrod and stayed with it rather than mixing in the knotweed and aster nectar.
